In order to encourage the future of volleyball in the UAE and teach young players the value of competition, Elite Volleyball Academy will for second time run a volleyball league in which even players who are not members of our academy will be able to compete.
Our academy spent a lot of time studying the development and mentality of children growing in the United Arab Emirates and concluded that children lack a competitive spirit and winning mentality which is the main reason that led us to give children the opportunity to compete.
Taking into account age and skill level, Elite Volleyball Academy will divide the league into three categories so that players will have the opportunity to play against similar level teams and keep it competitive.
- Elite Golden League.
- Elite Silver League.
- Elite Bronze League.
What will take this league to a new level is that each team will designated coach that will help them throughout the league. League will be played to the round robin system “best of 3 sets” as per FIVB official rules. Each team will play at least one match per week.
Matches will be played every Friday at Dubai British School Jumeirah Park for players age 13 – 19yo.
Participation Fee:
- For Elite Members – 315 aed – Vat Inclusive
- For Non-Elite Members – 525 aed – Vat Inclusive
