We use the information we collect to run the academy and keep participants safe.

Most of our participants are under 18, so a large part of the information we hold relates to children. We treat it with particular care.

• Registration for anyone under 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
• We collect only what we need to deliver sessions safely, and nothing more.
• Children's information is shared with coaching staff on a need to know basis, and with venues only where access requires it.
• We do not use children's information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
• Our website is not designed for children to use independently, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from a child online.

We photograph and film sessions, camps and tournaments for coaching review and to promote the academy, including on our website and social media channels.

• You can tell us at registration if you would prefer a participant not to appear in promotional media.
• You can change that preference at any time by contacting us in writing.
• We do not publish a child's full name alongside their image without your agreement.
• Where you ask us to remove an image that has already been published, we will make reasonable efforts to do so.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where it is needed to run the academy.

• Coaching staff at the venue where a participant trains.
• Partner venues, including schools and sports facilities, where they require participant or visitor details for access and safety.
• Service providers who help us operate, such as our booking platform, payment processor, email provider and website host.

Some of our service providers operate outside the UAE. Where information is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

• Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our systems.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us over the internet.
