Adults group is part of Elite Volleyball Academy training sessions for volleyball lovers who are 18 years and older. These sessions are dedicated to those who are passionate about volleyball regardless of level, experience or gender.
Each training is planned and organized by professional coaches with main focus to be enjoyable and beneficial for every participant.
Adults training welcomes everyone no matter the level of experience or skills. There are team members who have never played volleyball before, others who played 20 years ago and then some who are considered professional players where they are from. Everyone is welcome there and will be supported and pushed to become a better player, if they want to be. Whether it’s someone who plays or used to play on professional level and wants a refresher, advanced level working on improvement or beginner, who would like to learn general volleyball skills and techniques.
Coaches
Coaches are approachable and in most of the training sessions interacting with the team members to share their knowledge and experience gained during their own professional volleyball careers.
Adults sessions are generally divided into three main parts: fitness, drills and skill techniques and game practice with mixed male and female teams in which everyone participates equally.
